DE C.V., who has in custody the access codes and their confidential codes and that only they have access, for the consultation exclusively of their contracted services. The use given to these confidential codes and keys is the responsibility of the user to whom they are delivered in custody.

Transfer of personal data:

CONECEL MANUFACTURERA S.A. DE C.V., may transfer your personal data to Mexican or foreign third parties when the transfer: (i) is provided for in a Law or Treaty to which Mexico is a party; (ii) is made to subsidiaries or affiliates under common control of CONECEL MANUFACTURERA S.A. DE C.V., you can request our Service Center electronically by sending an email to the ventas@conecel.com.mx address or go to any branch to obtain the respective format,that will include your full name, email address, telephone (s), as well as the reason why you do not want to continue receiving information from CONECEL MANUFACTURERA S.A. DE C.V., as a result, we will exclude you, within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of said format, from our campaigns for marketing purposes, advertising or commercial prospecting, after proof of their identity or, where appropriate, that of your legal representative, who will proceed without having to comply with any additional requirement and, therefore, will not have to go later for any response.

ARCO Rights:

You or your duly accredited legal representative may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data; as well as to exercise, when appropriate, the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition that the Law provides through the format that CONECEL MANUFACTURERA S.A. DE C.V., upon accreditation of identity by any of the means mentioned above. For security reasons, only requests for the exercise of CONECEL MANUFACTURERA S.A. DE C.V. rights that are sent to the aforementioned email address will be attended to when the sender's email has previously been authorized as a means of communication between the parties and the identity has been accredited.

We also inform you that you have the right to initiate a Rights Protection Procedure before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection (www.ifai.gob.mx) within 15 business days following the date on which you receive the response from CONECEL MANUFACTURERA S.A. DE C.V., or from the date on which the period of 20 business days counted from the date of receipt of your request for the exercise of rights ends and you have not received any response.
